How many points do I need to pass the tests? 

ISO 21500/ISO 21502 

For the ISO 21500/ISO 21502 test, you need 118 points out of 173 points to pass.  

ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27005 

For the ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27005 tests, you need 28 out of 40 points for each to pass. 

When will I know if I have passed the tests? 

You will receive the result of the test within 7 days of the test. 

How do the online tests work? 

All tests are carried out online via WISEflow. All tests also require the FLOWlock browser via WISEflow. The FLOWlock browser must be set up in advance and ensures that other applications are blocked during the test. You will receive instructions on how to download and set up the FLOWlock browser approximately 4 days before the test. You will also receive a link to the test from the WISEflow system. You can access the test via this link. 

What types of questions can I expect? 

All tests contain multiple-choice questions. 

For the ISO 21500 and ISO 21502 tests, there are also some true/false questions and a case. 

How long do I have to complete the tests? 

ISO 21500/ISO 21502 

You have a total of 75 minutes to complete the ISO 21500/ISO 21502 test. 

ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27005 

You have a total of 60 minutes to complete the ISO 21500/ISO 21502 test. 

I am dyslexic, can I get extra time? 

Yes, you can get extra time if you are dyslexic and inform us in advance. For the ISO 21500/ISO 21502 test, you get an extra 20 minutes, and for ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27005, you can get an extra 15 minutes per test. 

Do I have to be physically present at my university/school to take the tests? 

The tests take place online, and you can sit anywhere while taking the tests as long as you are online. 

Can I sit with other students while taking the tests? 

You are not allowed to take the tests with other students.  

Are assistive devices allowed? 

Assistive devices are not allowed, including the standards, notes, mobile phones or other PCs/laptops.  

If I fail the tests, can I retake them at another time? 

Yes, you can take the tests again, but you will have to pay again. 

What do I get if I pass the tests? 

You will receive a digital diploma for each test. 

How long is my diploma valid? 

There is no expiration date for the diplomas. 

What language is the diploma in? 

The diploma is issued either in Danish or English of your choice. 

Do I need to retake the tests if the standards are revised? 

No, you do not have to take the tests again. 

Can I take the tests if I have graduated and am no longer a student? 

Yes, we do allow students who have recently graduated to take the tests. 

How do I access the standards? 

You can access the standards via your university's digital library. The Standards are copyrighted, but your university or school has a license that allows you to access the Standards. 

If you are a student at CBS, you will receive a link that gives you access to the standards after you have paid the registration fee.
